The way out is in. Often so many of us seek direction, answers and beliefs from others versus looking inward and trusting ourselves. As a result we sacrifice our own needs and lose sight of who we are, leading to stress, anxiety, depression and exhaustion. CC&H offers effective individualized, psychological care to work through these challenges and begin anew. Together we will find a path to healing and purpose. 

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
